University of Washington Hall Health UW NSI Class Exhibit, September 2013 to September 2014. Hall Health Primary Care Center, a part of the UW Medicine network, features artwork on three floors. The 140-piece collection includes photographs, drawing, painting, and sculpture. The work is all chosen to promote mental and physical well being.
Artistic Genus at the Edmonds, WA Art Walk, April 2014. The members of Artistic Genus are displaying framed prints at the Edmonds, Wa. Windermere office for the month of April and will be on hand to chat the night of the monthly area art walk, April 17th, from 5 to 8pm. Last month nearly twenty downtown Edmonds businesses participated in the walk. I had a great time strolling through town, meeting artists and discussing artwork, and I’m looking forward to presenting my own this month!

Drawing on Nature: Flora and Fauna Presented by the Guild of Natural Science Illustration Northwest and Pacific Northwest Botanical Artists, running January 15 to April 1, 2014 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. This beautiful juried show features approximately fifty-five pieces of original artwork. Included are four of my originals, including the scratchboard Jaguar Cub.
Rowntree Studio Art at Espresso Vivace, December 2013 to February 2014. Espresso Vivace on Capitol Hill in Seattle has welcomed ten of my prints to its walls! You can get a good look at some of my images up close and enjoy some truly delicious coffee while you’re there. I particularly recommend the cafe caramel.
The PSAAZK Annual Holiday Silent Auction and Bake Sale at Woodland Park Zoo, November 22, 2013. I was delighted to donate two matted prints to support the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers, an organization that supports worldwide animal conservation efforts and supports high standards in zookeeping. The two giclees included the Jaguar Cub an a drawing of Gobi done specifically for this event.
Chaco Canyon Organic Café (University District) The Natural World Exhibit, September through October 2013. Chaco Canyon will be displaying a selection of works from students of the UW NSI 2013 graduating class. Artists will be present at the cafe during the University District Art Walk on September 20th from 6-9pm.
The website www.endlessformsmostbeautiful.net features artwork of almost all class members and will remain available long after the exhibition has closed.
Woodland Park Zoo’s Jungle Party Silent Auction at Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle – July 12, 2013. A framed giclee of Nina, Western Lowland Gorilla will be available.
